Who's vision are you chasing?
Does God ask us to dream up a big plan for Him?
You never find God asking persons to dream up what they want to do for Him. We submit ourselves to God, and wait until he shows us what He is about to do. Or watch and see what God is doing around us and join him.1

And this is exactly what Jesus did!
Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner." (John 5:19)
